How long does shipping take within India?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan cities and 5-7 business days for other regions across India.
Does Whimsy India test on animals?
No, we are proudly 100% cruelty-free. None of our products or individual ingredients are tested on animals at any stage of the production process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the hygiene nature of beauty products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product arrives damaged or is incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
